All of the Alpha Tracker team are enthusiastic about the software we create and proud of the service we deliver. We're based in Australia, the UK and Indonesia and regularly travel to the USA to meet our software partners.

Robin Bennett MA (Oxon) FIAP MIoD

Director

Robin is Alpha Tracker / Start Software's director and principal consultant. After graduating, Robin worked within the Information Technology department of a major UK utility, working in a variety of technical and software development positions before moving into IT management. Since 2000, Robin has worked for a number of organisations as a consultant IT manager and director, and formed the Start group of companies in 2002, expanding into Australia and New Zealand in 2013 with Alpha Tracker.

Robin is a Fellow of the Institute of Analysts and Programmers.

Judy Key BSc (Hons.)

Director

Judy is the Australian Director of Alpha Tracker Pty Ltd based in Adelaide. After working for a UK health and safety consultancy for 10 years, facilitating and maintaining the internal databases and managing the Tracker software, she joined the team to help grow the business in Australia.

Leanne Helle-Broe

Sales

Leanne is also based in Adelaide and is part of the team responsible for promoting the Alpha Tracker surveying software to asbestos consultancies and surveyors throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Leanne's background in telesales and customer service provides us with the ability to actively seek new opportunities and business.

Elaine Porter

UK Director of Start Software

Elaine is often your first point of contact as she manages our client interactions, identifying opportunities and contacts and ensuring we match services to customer needs.

Resource planning is also Elaine's strength and she is the project manager/co-ordinator for many Alpha Tracker / Start Software software developments.

Kim Evison MA (Cantab)

Quality Manager, Trainer & Technical Author

Kim is our Quality Manager who joined us after many years in technical documentation and localisation. She keeps us on our toes and has worked with us to achieve ISO 9001:2008 as well as certification with AccredIT UK, the new quality mark for top-performing software development companies in the UK.

Kim is also an accomplished trainer and software tester.

Project Manager

Catherine is a Prince 2 qualified project mananger who has managed change projects and programmes in the financial services and utility sectors.

Catherine has been managing projects within Start Software since 2014 and has helped us implement systems for asbestos & environmental consultancies, manufacturing businesses and service companies.

Adam Dangerfield

Software Developer

Adam is kept busy with a wide range of software development activities. He is your main contact for any Toy Tracker development or training matters and, when he isn't working on bespoke software developments, he is dealing with your support calls. Adam has 12 years experience as a software developer and is one of Start's senior staff.

Dan Darkin

Software Developer

Dan has worked with Start Software since 2010 and is a software developer who specialises in Alpha Five developments.

When not tinkering with his car he is usually found working hard on bespoke software projects from our Telford office.

Dan is very popular with clients and is an excellent business analyst.

Software Developer

Software developer Tom specialises in Alpha Anywhere, Javascript and SQL server developments. He is based in our Telford office and is an experienced web-desktop and mobile developer.

Out of work, Tom enjoys spending time at his local gym.

Jack Byrne

Software Developer

Jack is our lead support engineer as well as a talented app software developer using the Alpha Anywhere platform. Over the last two years he has worked on a variety of mobile software solutions including our new Alpha Tracker app for asbestos sofware industry and inspection apps for manufacturing businesses.

Jack likes socialising with friends when not at work.

Software Developer

Ferry is a contract developer working on Alpha Anywhere development projects.

He studied at Jakarta University, majoring in Information Technology, and has built on inital work as a web developer to gain experience with Alpha Anywhere and SQL Server. His areas of expertise are Manufacturing and Human Resources.
